Rules and differences between tiers

How the three tiers differ in rules, fees, and protections.

1Trust and verification

Trust requirements increase as you move from Public Marketplace to Communities. Communities typically require verified identity, Clans require membership approval, and the Public Marketplace is open to all registered users. Verification badges are visible in every tier to help inform your decisions.

2Moderation approach

Communities and Clans have their own moderators in addition to the TRUZH platform moderation team. This layered moderation means issues within Communities and Clans can often be resolved faster and more contextually than on the open Public Marketplace.

3Buyer and seller protections

TRUZH's baseline protections apply across all tiers, but the informal social trust within Communities and Clans often prevents issues before they require formal intervention. In all tiers, platform-level protections remain available through our standard dispute process.
