Decide which tier feels right for you — many new users start within a Community they already belong to, as this offers the highest level of built-in trust.
2Making your first purchase
Browse listings within your chosen tier, read item descriptions carefully, and examine photos closely. If you have questions, message the seller through the TRUZH messaging system — never move conversations to external platforms. When you are ready, proceed to checkout, and the seller will coordinate shipping or meet-up arrangements directly with you.
3Making your first sale
Start by photographing your item in good lighting from multiple angles. Write an honest, detailed description including any flaws or wear. Set a fair price by checking similar listings. Once your item sells, communicate promptly with the buyer, package the item securely, and arrange shipping without delay. Sellers are currently responsible for arranging their own shipping.
