1Before you delete
Deleting your account is permanent. Before proceeding, ensure all active transactions are completed, any balance is withdrawn, and any data you want to keep is downloaded. Once deletion is confirmed, access cannot be restored.
2How to delete
Account deletion is available in your account settings under the Privacy section. Confirm your password and follow the prompts. You may be required to wait for any pending transactions or disputes to resolve before deletion proceeds.
3What happens to your data
Upon deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. Some data may be retained where legally required — for example, transaction records kept for tax compliance. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
