1Notification types
TRUZH sends notifications for messages, sales, listing activity, Community updates, security alerts, and promotional content. Each category can be individually controlled in your notification settings.
2Channels
Choose how you receive notifications — in-app, by email, or both. Security alerts and transaction-critical notifications cannot be fully disabled, as they are essential to protecting your account and transactions.
3Marketing communications
Marketing communications are opt-in only and can be unsubscribed at any time through your settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional notifications.
