Filing a formal complaint

How to file complaints with TRUZH and external authorities.

1Internal complaints

For complaints about any aspect of our service, contact legal@truzh.com with a clear description of the issue, any relevant reference numbers, and the outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

2Data protection complaints

For complaints specifically about how your personal data is handled, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@truzh.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.

3Consumer and dispute resolution

For unresolved consumer disputes, you can access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact Spanish consumer protection authorities. These are free, independent services designed to help resolve disputes without court proceedings.
