1Consumer rights
As a TRUZH user in Spain, you benefit from Spanish consumer protection law and European Union consumer directives. These include rights to accurate information, fair treatment, dispute resolution, and protection against unfair commercial practices. Your rights are strongest when buying from professional sellers.
2Data protection rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, port your data to another service, object to certain processing, and lodge complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
3Exercising your rights
Most rights can be exercised directly through your account settings. For anything that cannot be done in-app, contact the relevant TRUZH team — privacy@truzh.com for data rights, legal@truzh.com for legal matters. We respond to all rights requests within the legally required timeframes.
