TRUZH provides the infrastructure; your business remains your own.

TRUZH-secured online payments carry a minimal service commission regardless of account type. This is how the buyer protection and escrow infrastructure is funded. Pro does not eliminate that commission, but it adds the growth, visibility, and management tools a regular account does not include.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Upgrade anytime to unlock more volume or features, downgrade at the next billing cycle, or cancel outright. Cancellation never deletes your listings. It simply returns your account to the free tier with its standard limits.
No. Pro is open to any TRUZH user who sells regularly. However, if your Pro activity crosses EU thresholds for professional selling, you are responsible for complying with local business registration, VAT, and consumer protection obligations. Our Terms and DAC7 section cover the relevant notification thresholds.
Yes. The Pro badge and features apply across all three tiers: Communities, Clans, and the Public Marketplace. Your Pro listings benefit from enhanced placement everywhere your items are visible.
