TRUZH supports secure payment through major credit and debit cards, as well as integrated payment providers that comply with European PSD2 regulations. All payments are processed through encrypted channels and are protected by strong customer authentication where required by law.
2Payments outside TRUZH
Never pay a seller outside the TRUZH platform. Requests to pay via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or cash-in-hand for online transactions are red flags for fraud. Payments made outside TRUZH are not covered by any form of buyer protection.
3Payment security
TRUZH does not store your full payment card details. All sensitive payment information is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. You can manage your saved payment methods in your account settings at any time.
