1The payment flow
When a buyer completes a purchase, payment is processed through our secure payment system and held safely during the transaction. Once the buyer confirms receipt, or the standard holding period ends without dispute, funds are released to the seller's TRUZH balance.
2Why funds are held
Holding funds during transit protects both parties. Buyers gain confidence that sellers will ship as promised, and sellers gain confidence that funds are secured before they ship. This model has been proven effective across peer-to-peer marketplaces.
3Dispute holds
If a dispute is opened within the protection window, funds remain on hold until the dispute is resolved. This ensures fair resolution and prevents funds from leaving the platform before issues are addressed.
