Understanding TRUZH fees

TRUZH operates on a minimal commission model — we take only a small service fee to keep the platform running. We believe sellers should keep as much value as possible from their sales, which is why we deliberately structured our fees to be among the lowest in the industry.

The minimal commission covers payment processing, platform hosting, moderation and safety systems, dispute resolution, customer support, and ongoing development. Every euro we take is reinvested in making TRUZH safer and better for the community.

Fees are always displayed clearly before any transaction is finalised. Sellers see the exact amount they will receive, and buyers see any applicable fees before checkout. No hidden charges, no surprises.
