1Payment declined
If your payment is declined, first verify your card details and available balance. Contact your bank if the decline persists — they may have flagged the transaction as unusual. TRUZH does not see the reason for bank-side declines, so your bank is the best source of information.
2Payment pending
Some payments enter a pending state while additional security checks are performed. This is normal for high-value transactions or new payment methods. Pending payments typically resolve within a few hours.
3Double charges
If you see a duplicate charge on your statement, it is often a temporary authorisation hold that will disappear within a few business days. If the charge persists, contact contact@truzh.com with your transaction details for investigation.
