1Research comparable listings
Before setting a price, search TRUZH for similar items to see what they are selling for. Check both active listings and recently sold items where possible. This gives you a realistic benchmark for your market.
2Consider condition and demand
Factor in your item's condition honestly, and adjust based on demand. Items in excellent condition with original packaging can command higher prices, while heavily used items should be priced accordingly. Seasonal items sell best in their relevant season.
3Leave room to negotiate
Many buyers expect to negotiate. Consider pricing slightly above your minimum acceptable price to leave room for reasonable offers. Be prepared to say no to lowball offers politely, and do not feel pressured to accept any price you are not comfortable with.
