1Seller-arranged shipping
TRUZH sellers are currently responsible for arranging their own shipping. You can use any reputable courier service in Spain — Correos, SEUR, MRW, GLS, DHL, or others. Choose a service that offers tracking, as this protects both you and the buyer in case of delivery issues.
2Packaging best practices
Package items securely using appropriate materials — bubble wrap for fragile items, sturdy boxes or padded envelopes, and waterproof wrapping when relevant. Poor packaging is a leading cause of disputes. Invest a little in proper materials to protect your reputation.
3Providing tracking to buyers
Once you have shipped the item, update the order in your TRUZH dashboard with the tracking number and courier. Send the tracking information to the buyer through TRUZH messaging as well. Transparent shipping updates reduce buyer anxiety and build trust.
