1Payment release
Funds from a sale are released to your TRUZH balance after the buyer confirms receipt of the item, or automatically after the standard holding period if no dispute is opened. This protects both parties during the transaction and transit phase.
2Withdrawing funds
You can withdraw available balance to your linked bank account through your seller dashboard. Withdrawal processing times depend on your bank but typically complete within a few business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
3Minimal commission
TRUZH operates on a minimal commission model — we take only a small service fee to keep the platform running, maintain safety systems, and invest in community growth. We believe in keeping more value with sellers, which is core to our mission.
