TRUZH sellers are currently responsible for arranging their own shipping. This gives sellers flexibility to choose the courier and service that works best for their items and budget. A platform-integrated shipping system is planned for a future release.

Sellers should coordinate shipping details with buyers through TRUZH messaging after a sale — confirming the delivery address, preferred courier if relevant, and expected timeline. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings.
3Shipping costs
Shipping costs are set by the seller and shown on listings. Sellers can offer free shipping by absorbing the cost into the item price, or charge shipping separately. Buyers see all costs before confirming purchase.
