Tracking shipments

How to provide and use tracking information.

3 min readUpdated 1 April 20263 sections

1Adding tracking to your order

Once you ship, add the tracking number and courier to the order in your TRUZH dashboard. This updates the order status for the buyer automatically and serves as proof of shipment if a dispute arises later.

2Communicating with buyers

Send the tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page through TRUZH messaging. Buyers appreciate proactive updates and are less likely to worry or open disputes when they can see their package moving.

3When tracking is not updating

Tracking information can take time to appear and update, especially in the first 24 hours after shipping. If tracking stops updating mid-journey, contact the courier directly for investigation. Most lost packages are traced and delivered eventually.
