Prohibited items on TRUZH

Items that are illegal under Spanish or European Union law cannot be listed on TRUZH under any circumstances. This includes controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit products, weapons, ammunition, and items that infringe intellectual property rights.

Certain categories are prohibited even if technically legal, including live animals, human remains, hazardous materials, tobacco and alcohol sales to restricted audiences, medications, medical devices requiring prescription, and adult content.

A complete list of prohibited items is maintained in our Terms & Conditions. Listings in these categories are removed immediately upon detection, and repeat violations result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to authorities where legally required.
