Report any user or listing that appears fraudulent, violates our guidelines, engages in harassment or discrimination, or lists prohibited items. Reporting is confidential — the reported user does not know who reported them.
2How to report
Click the Report button available on every listing, profile, and message. Select the reason for your report and provide any relevant details or evidence. The moderation team reviews reports continuously and takes action where violations are confirmed.
3What happens after you report
Our moderation team investigates every report. Outcomes may include warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension depending on severity. You may not always receive detailed updates due to privacy constraints, but action is taken.
