1What buyer protection covers

TRUZH offers buyer protection on eligible transactions completed through the platform. This includes situations where an item does not arrive, arrives significantly different from the description, or where the seller fails to honour agreed terms. Protection applies only to purchases made and paid for within TRUZH.

2How to claim protection

To claim buyer protection, open a dispute through your dashboard within the protection window specified in our Terms & Conditions. Provide all relevant evidence — photos, messages, and any documentation. The moderation team will review your claim and communicate the resolution.

3What is not covered

Buyer protection does not cover buyer's remorse, minor discrepancies clearly disclosed in the listing, items damaged after delivery confirmation, or transactions completed outside the TRUZH platform. Always read the full protection terms before relying on coverage.
