If you need to cancel an order before the seller has shipped the item, contact the seller immediately through TRUZH messaging. Most sellers will accommodate cancellation requests made promptly. Once cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded to your original payment method within the standard processing window.
2After the seller ships
Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible through the standard process. If you change your mind after shipping, you may need to wait for delivery and then arrange a return with the seller, subject to their return policy and your rights under Spanish consumer law.
3Your legal right to withdraw
Under Spanish and European consumer law, buyers purchasing from professional sellers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most items. This right does not apply to purchases from private individuals unless the seller offers it voluntarily. Check the seller's profile and listing details to confirm their status.
