If you believe a dispute decision was incorrect, you may request an internal review by contacting legal@truzh.com with the dispute reference and a clear explanation of why you disagree. A senior moderator will review the case independently.
2External options
Beyond internal appeal, users in Spain have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and to Spanish consumer protection authorities. These options are available regardless of the internal review outcome.
3Legal rights
Nothing in our dispute process removes your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law. TRUZH's internal dispute resolution is intended as a faster, more accessible alternative to legal proceedings, not a replacement for your legal protections.
