1When refunds apply
Refunds may be issued when an item is not delivered, is significantly not as described, or when a dispute resolution determines a refund is warranted. Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse or minor discrepancies clearly disclosed in the listing.
2How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the buyer's original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment method and issuing bank, typically completing within several business days. You will receive notifications at each stage of the process.
3Partial refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be the fairest resolution — for example, when an item has a minor undisclosed defect but is otherwise as described. Partial refunds are negotiated during dispute mediation and credited to the original payment method.
