Managing your Pro subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, pause, cancel, or reactivate your TRUZH Pro subscription, plus billing cycles, invoices, and what happens to your listings if you leave Pro.

1Finding your subscription settings

All subscription controls live inside Settings under TRUZH Pro. You can view your current plan, next billing date, remaining featured listing credits for the month, and your full billing history at any time. Invoices are downloadable as PDF for accounting purposes.

2Upgrading your plan

Upgrades take effect immediately. When you move from Starter to Growth, or Growth to Scale, you are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan's credit allowance becomes available straight away. Nothing in your account is reset. Reviews, listings, history, and settings all carry over untouched.

3Downgrading your plan

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. This protects you from losing features mid-month after you have already paid for them. You keep full access to your current tier until the cycle rolls over, at which point your plan, credit allowance, and listing limits adjust to match the lower tier.

4Cancelling Pro

Cancellation is a single click from Settings. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, with no immediate downgrade, and then your account returns to the free tier with its standard limits. Cancellation never deletes your listings, reviews, or messages. Your Pro badge is removed, but your profile and reputation stay intact.

5What happens to listings after cancellation

When you return to a free account, any listings exceeding the free-tier limit are automatically paused (not deleted). They remain visible in your account, and you can reactivate them instantly by resubscribing to Pro or by removing enough active listings to fit under the free-tier cap. No content is lost.

6Refunds and billing disputes

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact business@truzh.com with your account email and transaction reference and our team will investigate within a defined timeframe. Statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law apply where relevant.
