1Eligibility
Any TRUZH user with a verified account can subscribe to Pro. You do not need to be a registered business. However, if your Pro activity crosses EU thresholds for professional selling, you are responsible for complying with local business registration, VAT, and consumer protection obligations. Our Terms and the Legal & Privacy section cover the relevant notification thresholds in detail.
2Joining the waitlist during launch
TRUZH Pro is rolling out in phases during our launch year. Until general availability in your region, access is through the Pro waitlist. Waitlist members receive founding-member pricing (a permanent discount locked in at subscription) and are invited to activate in order of signup. Join the waitlist from the TRUZH Pro page at any time with a single click.
3Activation flow
Once Pro is available to you, activation takes less than two minutes. Open Settings, select TRUZH Pro, choose your plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale), confirm your billing cycle and payment method, and your Pro badge and features unlock immediately. Your existing listings keep their position, reviews, and history. Pro simply layers the new capabilities on top.
4Payment methods accepted
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our regulated third-party payment providers. Major cards and regional payment methods supported in your country are accepted. Full card details are never stored on TRUZH's own servers, only the secure token needed to process recurring billing. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling breakdown.
