1What a featured listing does
A featured listing is surfaced to the top of category feeds, search results, and curated collections. It carries a subtle Pro highlight, appears in more buyer discovery flows, and typically generates significantly higher click-through than an unfeatured equivalent. Featured status applies for a fixed duration, typically several days, after which the listing returns to its normal position without being removed or altered.
2How Pro credits work
Every Pro plan includes a monthly allowance of featured listing credits. Starter includes a smaller allowance suitable for occasional promotion; Growth includes more for active sellers; Scale includes the largest allowance for high-volume operations. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle.
3Choosing what to feature
Strategy matters more than volume. Feature listings that are well-photographed, accurately described, priced competitively against comparable items, and in a category with strong buyer demand. Pro analytics show which of your listings attract the most views and where drop-off occurs. Use that data to pick features that will convert, not just attract clicks.
4Pro credits vs on-demand boost
Non-Pro accounts can still feature individual listings on demand by paying a per-boost fee. Pro bundles featuring into the monthly subscription at a materially lower effective cost per feature, and adds the rest of the Pro toolkit (analytics, stock management, unlimited listings) on top. If you feature listings more than occasionally, Pro becomes the more economical route.
