Understanding Pro sales analytics

A guide to the sales, category, and audience metrics available to Pro sellers: what each metric means, how to read trends, and how to act on the data.

1Where to find your analytics

Pro analytics live inside Settings under TRUZH Pro → Analytics. The dashboard is organised into three tabs: Performance (overall sales trends), Catalogue (category and item-level breakdowns), and Audience (who is viewing your listings). Data refreshes throughout the day, with a full daily rollup overnight.

2Sales performance metrics

Performance metrics track monthly sales volume, average sale price, sell-through rate, and revenue by trust tier (Communities vs Clans vs Public Marketplace). Reading them over a rolling 30-day or 90-day window surfaces genuine trends rather than noisy day-to-day fluctuation. Compare consecutive periods to see whether your activity is growing, plateauing, or slowing.

3Catalogue and category breakdowns

Catalogue metrics break down performance by category and by individual listing. You can see which categories generate the most revenue, which items convert fastest from view to sale, and which listings attract clicks but fail to convert, often a signal that the price, photos, or description need attention. This is the data you use to refine your listing strategy.

4Audience insights

Audience metrics show the composition of buyers engaging with your listings: tier mix (Community, Clan, or Public), region, and repeat-buyer rate. Repeat buyers are your most valuable asset. A high repeat rate indicates strong seller reputation, while a low one flags an opportunity to improve post-sale communication and follow-through.

5Plan-tier differences

Starter includes the core sales and catalogue metrics. Growth adds trend lines, category drill-down, and buyer composition. Scale adds advanced inventory insights, conversion funnels, and comparative benchmarks against aggregate Pro seller medians in your category, useful for understanding whether your performance is ahead of, at, or behind the broader Pro cohort.
