1Multiple units of a single product
Pro stock management lets you list one product and specify the number of units available. When a buyer completes a purchase, the unit count decrements automatically and the listing stays live until the last unit is sold. This replaces the free-account workflow of republishing the same listing each time, saving time and preserving the listing's review and visibility history.
2Variant support
For items that come in different sizes, colours, or configurations, variant support lets you publish a single parent listing with multiple buyable options. Buyers choose the variant they want at checkout; stock counts are tracked independently per variant; and the listing surfaces every variant in search, preserving the full range of options behind a single clean product page.
3Pausing and reactivating listings
Pause listings that are temporarily out of stock or that you do not want visible for any reason. Paused listings are hidden from buyers but preserved in your account, with all photos, descriptions, history, and reviews intact. Reactivate with a single click when stock returns or when you are ready to re-list.
4Inventory hygiene best practice
Keep your catalogue accurate. Mark sold items as sold promptly; pause listings for items that are temporarily unavailable; remove listings for items you no longer have. An accurate catalogue builds buyer trust, reduces dispute risk, and ensures your analytics reflect reality rather than phantom inventory.
